    If I understood you correctly, you want to use a unique Google account for individual forms. If this is what you need, then yes it can possible to use a single unique Google account for each individual form.

    If you want to integrate 1 form with multiple Google Drive accounts then unfortunately it is not possible, you can only set 1 Google Drive integration on a form. Here's what you'll see once there's an existing integration:

    If you click it, it will only allow you to edit or remove the integration. If you like, you can still add another integration like Dropbox or Box.net.
