Downgrade and Refund

    Downgrade my subscription to the 19$ plan and refund the balance to my funding source. i did not agree or receive a warning that there would be an automatic payment posted to my account.

    I have checked your account and you're in the Silver yearly subscription I-F1PL51051EDE which was auto-renewed on Nov 21,2019.

    It seems you have cancelled your subscription in PayPal already.

    I have processed the account downgrade to free and refund for your subscription.

    Please give us 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect your account.

    Unfortunately, we cannot pro-rate or downgrade your subscription back to Bronze.

    You would have to upgrade your subscription again to Bronze monthly.
