Using a question form as an appointment confirmation text message

    Can I text an appointment confirmation for patients in a  yes or no format? If emailed can it be verifed opened

    There are a few workarounds to send an SMS message to the form respondent after they have submitted the form. Please take a look at the responses provided by my colleagues in this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1845664 and this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1434385.

    I understand that you would like to also verify whether an autoresponder email has been opened or not. You can use the Verify Email After Submission workflow as outlined in this guide: How-to-Verify-an-Email-Address-Before-or-After-Form-Submission to make sure the user has opened the autoresponder email.
