Hello,
When we try to open a picture from an email received after the submission, we are getting an error message. This is the first time this has happened. Can you please help with this?

It appears to be caused by the JotForm account privacy settings. By default, we have a 'Require log-in to view uploaded files.' option enabled.
That option can be turned off from the Account Settings.
