Currently it shows the same subject for all emails, that is "New submission: E-junkie.info Contact Form". I want the subject entered by the user to be shown as the subject of the email, instead of a common subject. This is so that each mail is a unique thread.

You can modify the subject of the email on notification. Please follow steps below.
1. Click Setup & Embed.
2. Click Email Alerts > notification.
3. Edit the subject. Please copy as shown in the image below.
