Can clients upload files with PII securely?

Can clients upload files with PII securely? For example an employee health insurance application.

Yes it is possible to add file upload field in form to allow users to upload the desired file. Please note that if your form is in compliance of our terms of use, you should not have any trouble. 

You may continue to collect such information in form, however it is a must to add an agreement displayed on the form and a signature, widget fields.
