    JotForm not accepting altered Thank You Page URL...

    I have a Jotform on this page...

    and the Submit button takes the browser to a PDF download link which used to be...

    http://www.grosvenorprofiles.com/resources/Interior-Profiles-Range/Grosvenor-Profiles-Brochure.pdf

     

    However i have changed my link in the JF to...

    http://www.grosvenorprofiles.com/resources/Grosvenor-Profiles-Brochure.pdf

     

    but when I test the form it keeps going to original domain.

    How can I force it accept the new domain?

    I have emptied my cache with no luck.

    Just to add to the above, I have changed the embed code from...

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/11151750165"></script>

     

    to

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/11151750165"></script>

     

    as suggested in another post about a similar issue but neither of the above have fixed my problem.

    Hi David,

    It was a cache issue on the server. It should now be resolved, we would apprecaite if you could confirm that on your side. Kindly clear your browser's cache as well before making tests.

    I've just tested it and emptied the cache but it's still going to wrong address it should be going to this address...

    I even tested it in another browser.

    Can you fix it at your end?

    Hi David,

    I'm not sure if what's causing this to happen. Maybe, that's just delay caused by data replication on our servers. Please try to clone the form, change the Thank You Custom URL of this cloned form then try a test submission. See if it has the same output.

    If it works, I'd suggest you to use it instead.
