Where is the "styles" tab?

Where is the "styles" tab? In the form designer I only see "color, Image, Video, Layout" options... there is no "Styles" area to input css as there is in the picture above?

What is the form where you are trying to inject the code? Please note that if you are using Card forms, they do not have the option for CSS injection. This is only available for Classic forms.
