Why aren't we receiving email notifications?

    hi, im not receiving the responses by email.

    We had a temporary issue regarding notification emails which should be resolved by now. Could you please try again and let us know if the issue still persists?

    Also, according to our backend team, it might take some time to get the notification email as there are in the queue

    I've got the opposite - I've got an email to say a form has been submitted but it's not in the JotForm inbox

    hi, the problem persists...

    im not getting the emails when the form is completed...

    I did check your form "Pedido de recolha" and it seems you have setup custom sender email agalpor*****@gmail.com to send submission email to same email address. I am not sure if that is causing this issue but sometime the receiving email server can mark such incoming email as spam or simply reject it.

    I would suggest you to please change either the recipient email address to some other email address or set the sender email as noreply@jotform.com and see if that solves your problem.
