We are recieving some email submissions and not others there are two forms. Previous camper/s and Super Hero Camps April 2013.
Previous camper is the one that has been giving the most issues with not sending all submissions to our email address- it sends some.
While I was playing around trying to fix it I managed to make Super Hero camp April 2013 send 2 notification emails rather than one.
I checked your form "Previous Camper Details" and see that Notification 2 is setup correctly but in your other notification setup you have not set the "Sender Email" and "Sender Name"
Please change the Sender email and sender name and see if that solves your issue.
