Hi, I disabled "Show Form Progress" in my form setting. I was under the impression that using the "Inline Embed Settings", I would be able to disable the page number (count) (for example: 3 of 31) by clicking "Show only Card and hide all other elements" under "Options". However, I still see the page count. How do I hide this feature so that users can NOT see the page count?

Yes, you were correct. The settings seem not to be removing the progress bar. I am escalating this to our development team.

We will inform you once we have news.

    Thanks.

Hi, can you provide me with an update? It will help us prepare for integrating this form onto our live website.

Please let me know once there is an update.

I am looking for a temporary solution, as we need this form online. The main concern is the card count at the bottom. I was considering splitting up this form into TWO forms (thus the page count that is shown in each of the TWO forms is much smaller than the page count on the ONE form). Would this work? This would mean that one user would complete TWO forms (with one Submit button at the end of the second form) and we would need their information (the email notifications of their submission) in one location. Please let me know.

Rest assured that you will be notified via this thread once there is an update.

As for your plan of two forms with one submit, please note that each form will always have a submit button on the last card. Also note that submission data will always be saved in it's corresponding form and cannot be merged with data from another form.

Apologies, however, I am uncertain what would be the concern between the card count with your two form plan. Or you simply do not want to show the card count so as not to discourage users of a lengthy form?

The issue with showing the card count is that it would be discouraging to users seeing over 30 cards to fill out (when in reality, they won't be filling out all the cards based on their responses).

Furthermore, if users have the option to "See All", this would lead to them skipping around to cards that are not relevant to their case (based on their response to "Purpose of Coaching" card). This would create scenarios where they would skip to the end of the form and attempt to Submit, and would be forced to go back to their last relevant card.

Is there an update on this bug (Inline Embed Settings taking out the progress bar)? Is there another alternative to resolving this issue until the issue gets fixed? Such as concealing the card count by coloring the progress bar as the same color as the background (to "hide" it from users).

Unfortunately, we have not received any updates yet. I'll follow up with our concerned team and ask for an update.

Meantime, please try changing the background color and text color of the Progress bar the same as the form color under Overview Button Color Options and see if that works.

Yes, please ask the team in question for an update, this is of paramount importance to us. I will try the overview button color options as a temporary solution.

    Thanks.
