    Hello,

Is you system can collect data for longitudinal study with multiple time points?

If yes, how do you track the participants?

    Thanks,

    Pavel

    Hi Pavel,

If my understanding with longitudinal data is correct, you'll be sending the same person the same survey questions on different dates. Am I right?

I think this will be possible with form reports where you will have detailed info about received answers and display them as charts.

Here is a guide about reports: How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm.

And here is a guide about the Visual Report. I think this will be helpful for you: How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions

    Hi,
Sorry, I don't understand what you mean here.
Usually, systems like yours use tokens or similar mechanisms (e.g.
    Qualtrics) to track people.
Do you have a built-in mechanism to track people and organize their data
with appropriate IDs, while they use our forms multiple times?
Also, in our case, the forms may vary between different time points.
    Thanks,
    Pavel

Unfortunately, we don't have that feature with our forms yet. What I've suggested above is to create reports based on received submission data.

Checking again. Have you added the feature?

    Thanks,

    Pavel
