Is it possible to connect JotForm to Jobber?

    Hi There,

I have an existing webform that is for new inquiries - I love it as it minimizes phone calls and back and forth emails gathering information.

When I receive that email with their info I have to make a separte 'estimate' on my CRM 'GET JOBBER' that has the list items for each service and information about what to expect for our services.

This step of me making the estimate may take a day or 2 to reply back - by then the customer likely has already found another service provider.

I am curious to find out how the webform can be used as a calculator to generate a 'TOTAL" hours that I can quickly add into the GET JOBBER estimate reply.

I would like to discuss this with someone please.

    Is this possible?

    Thank you!, Adrianna

Regarding the calculation part, JotForm forms can indeed perform calculations, here is a guide that will provide you more details about this: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Now, we do not have a native integration with Jobber, but I found an alternative on Zapier, here is the link so you can connect JotForm and Jobber: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/jobber

    I hope this helps.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the links.

I have a house cleaning business and there are different conditions that affect the price.

Example: a 800 sq ft condo for an initial visit is double the length of time then the maintenance follow up services.  Customers want to know the price for both options.

The calcuations should not be visible to the customers...they just need to know job service totals.  I don't want the webform on the website to be a game where new inquiries 'play' to massage out pricing strategies.

The jobber integration needs an upgrade of service plans that is $199 per month.  What I am curious to find out is :

    1) when the date is inputed onto the jotform - does it create an estimate?

    2) Does the estimate get sent to me to review before sending out?

    3) Does the information collected get calculated (ex: 1 half bath, 1 x three piece bath, + 1 five piece bath = 2.5 hours for initial visit and 1. 75 hours for maintenance cleans).?

    4) How would what I am doing now with my estimates be different?

    Thank you for your help!

    1) when the date is inputed onto the jotform - does it create an estimate?

You may setup your condition with calculation that if date is filled you can setup a calculation estimate.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

    2) Does the estimate get sent to me to review before sending out?

You can setup the form to send a notification email to you then you may edit the submission, once edited an email would be sent to the form respondent.

    Guide:-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

    Example condition:

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

    3) Does the information collected get calculated (ex: 1 half bath, 1 x three piece bath, + 1 five piece bath = 2.5 hours for initial visit and 1. 75 hours for maintenance cleans).?

To clarify, are you referring to the form submissions?

Or are you referring to a field in your form?

    4) How would what I am doing now with my estimates be different?

I have checked your form and I can't seem to find any calculation.

May we know how would you like your form to work or can you please share the flow of your form?

    Hi there,

Thank you for the links. I opened them and they are not answers I am

    looking for.

    The work flow:

    1) Customer fills in NEW INQUIRY jotform from my website.

    2) I receive email with the information.

    3) I read it and transfer the information to create a new customer in

    JOBBER.

    4) I add in each line item that the customer wants cleaned. Ex: Inside

    oven, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen

    5) I calculate the amount of time estimated to service the home.

    6) An estimate range is provided and the quote form letter has been

prewritten to be sent with the customized job quote.

What i would like to know is how can the customer information from JOTFORM

go into Jobber and create a quote.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,

    Adrianna

We don't have a direct integration with Jobber, however you may use this link form Zapier to link JotForms submission to create a quote in Jobber.

I have also forwarded a feature request to our developers to add Jobber integration.

Do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, we will keep you posted via this thread for updates.
