I received several registrations, then none for a couple of weeks. Received an email from someone asking if their registation had come through - it had not. So I tested it myself and did not receive any of my own registration forms. Then I got one! I can't figure out how to test it to see if it is actually working or not, and I don't want to miss any registrations. Would love to do this over the phone instead of email if possible.

I checked your form and I found out that on your email notification settings, the Sender name is empty.
Please make sure to enter data to all fields so that your email notification will not go to your spam folder. I already fixed this for you.
I also made a test submission, please check your email.
Would love to do this over the phone instead of email if possible.

Thanks. You fixed everything, or is there still something I need to do? I haven't received the email yet for your submission - can you see a reason?

I checked your notification setting and dont see any issue there. I checked our email server loag and see that the email is sent to you for the test submission you did today. Here is the email server log:

Can you please check and let us know if you have received the email? Check your SPAM also.
