    I have upgraded to premium   somehow you guys have my information in there in 2 accounts...

    every month when i get to 100 you suspend me   I already paid...

    I need this fixed.... where can i get a phone number?

    We are very sorry to hear about the inconveniences. However, after searching in our records, I can only find a yearly subscription that expired on Feb28, after several attempt failures to charge your card

    Do you have another reference number so we can check further? it might be possible you paid a subscription out of your session so the Joform login name might be missing and that migth be the reason why we do not register a recent payment for this account
