Form not working

Hi! My form https://form.jotformeu.com/73642502815353 is not working anymore!
I don't understand why. Please help me fix it, it's work's stuff.

Hi Mike, yes it did because I delete part of the inbox (and I had to delete them from the trash as well because otherwise it kept on giving me error.) 
The problem is that with bronze subscription I should be able to receive 1000 monthly forms, not 1000 total, as you can see from the screenshots.
Now, the form that gave me error had just reached 1000 subscriptions so I believe that was the problem. 
So how can we prevent this problem from coming up again?

I have just checked your account and seems like it's well under the limits, note that you can monitor your account usage and check which limit you have reached, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits 

If you notice that your forms are being disabled even if you are not reaching the limits, please let us know.
