We are trying to create a PDF of a form that includes several input tables.
On the attachment you can see the input table and then also our attempt to format this into a suitable output.
How do we get the column widths to show correctly?

Yes it is possible to format the field by taking advantage of PDF Editor to edit the PDF document template. Please check the screenshot below:

I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. Which next question you are unable to format?

I was able to adjust the column widths, but this layout still does not apply when I try to print a submission from the Inbox.
Does the Inbox use a different template?

Yes, the layout in the inbox is a different template, unfortunately, it cannot be modified. Let us know if you have more questions.
