    Serious Bug On Form Collapse Function When Tab Fields

    A customer of mine has pointed out a serious bug in the 'would-be' extremely useful form collapse function. Once spotted, however, makes one very reluctant to keep it in the market place because of this serious flaw.

    Tested in IE8, Chrome 10, Firefox ....

    Thanks, Hope you can fix this as I have a customer waiting. I only moved to form collapse as i was having a problem with Page Break that I shall post a seperate post on.

    Hi Neil,

    The problems with Page break that I have been having moved me on to this collapse form function which also ports well. Unfortunately a bit of testing later and I've been able to break it with a keystroke.

    I have been advised previously that this type of thing, i.e. a bug, takes preference over other issues.

    Can you advise on a lead time to get this fixed as a customer (as aforementioned) is waiting in the wings

    Please let me know when its fixed. I'll try and find another solution that doesn't utilise Form Collapse or Page break. Got an ideas for navigating on mobiles?

    Hey Mark,

    How about utilizing multiple forms and custom thank you pages? It would work like this:

    Form 1's thank you page is set to Form 2
    Form 2's thank you page is set to Form 3
    Form 3's thank you page is set to Form 4

    You may rename "Submit" to "Next".  One serious downside of this workaround is that users do not have the ability to change information in the last form they have submitted.

    I've fixed this issue. This happens when you disable the line highlighting, it's covered now. Please clear your browser cache and try again.
