Signatures no longer go with pdf and mobile doesn't work

    We have clients trying to use our forms and in mobile they don't work and signature fields are not being sent with the form.

    Are you referring to this form "92527348258163"?

    If yes, I can see that the signatures are sent with the form submission. I checked your Form submission page and could see all signatures captured for each submission.

    So your issue is related to the signatures not appearing when you download the form submissions as PDF. Am I correct?

    If yes, I am able to replicate this on your account:

    I cloned and tested your form via a mobile device. I received all the signatures in the form submission. When I created a new test document in the PDF Editor, I was able to view all the signatures correctly in the downloaded PDF too.

    Could you try creating a new test document in your PDF Editor and then check when you download the PDF you are able to view the signatures in the PDF?

    If the above option does not work, please try the below option and see if this fixes the problem.

    1. Go to your account settings

    2. Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files

    3. Download your PDF again and see if this fixes the problem.
