Can we update our username?

    Hello! Just getting started with JotForm and need a bit of help. 🙂

    Noticed that we have the option to set a direct link to our forms under the account's username, so it'd be great to update our username to our domain name "nolasmiles". Would we be able to change that?

    We want to update our form's direct link as follows:
    https://form.jotform.com/nolasmiles/health-history

    Also, is there anything we need to do to activate JotForm's HIPAA compliance aside from subscribing to the Silver Plan?

    I have checked your account jtdillworth and you're in the Silver yearly subscription.

    I have updated your username to nolasmiles.


    Also, is there anything we need to do to activate JotForm's HIPAA compliance aside from subscribing to the Silver Plan?

    Unfortunately, you would need to be in the Silver or Gold plans to upgrade to HIPAA compliance.

    Your account is eligible for such upgrade as you're in Silver plan.
