Attaching a certificate

    Hi, 

     

    I've created a PDF that I'd like recipients to receive once they've completed my form. I've done this in the past without issue. However, now for some reason, it is no longer working. I'm not sure what I need to change in order for them to receive the document that I've created in PDF Editor.

    Kindly confirm if recipients are not receiving PDF attachments or are they receiving it, but it's in old PDF layout?

    Recipients are receiving a PDF but it's not the one that I've created in PDF Editor and attached to the email. It's just a PDF version of the form they've completed. They should be receiving a certificate upon form completion via an autoresponder email.

    Hello @jpittman86 - We recently had an update for the PDF Editor. Can you please test this again and see if the issue still persist in your end?

    I created another certificate and it works now. Thanks for the suggestion.
