How can I create a form that save as a full PDF displaying all information

I would like to be able to submit a form, then the form being able to automatically then save to either a onedrive or google drive. I want it to display all the information, not just the field inserts in a PDF format. 

How do I arrange this?

You can integrate your form in google drive if you would like to receive a copy of the submissions there as a PDF.
