Autoresponder - Showing radio button answers in a table

Hi,

I am trying to have the autoresponder for our confidential principal evaluation form responses be similar to the teacher evaluation form autoresponder.  I do not see any difference in the table set-up for the teacher forms vs. the principal evaluation form. However, the responses in the principal evaluation form are not sent back with a clean table format for the items within a table with radio buttons. Would you be able to assist? Thank you so much!

I am afraid the individual Single Choice fields will not form a table in the email. You will need to use an Input Table field type instead. The Input Table will be displayed in a table format in the email.
