Missing forms?

It seems thousands of our forms have disappeared since reinstating the account yesterday.  Please confirm that access to those files will be restored.  If I need to upgrade my account for more upload space we can only do that if we have certainty the entire history of our forms will be available to us.

How do you suggest our business get a response from you?  Without a phone number or a response from this portal, we are concerned about upgrading our account if customer service is not available.
