Payments to Jotform are made through our payment gateway, Plimus. Therefore, in order to change your credit card information you'd have to login to Plimus. You can log in to their website by finding your username (made up of numbers) in the email that was sent to you by Plimus when you first paid for Jotform.
Enter that username together with your email address in this page: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1 . Doing so will reset your password and have it sent to your email address. After you receive your password, you will then be able to log in to Plimus and update your account details such as your credit card.
