Hello,
I was locked out of my account today due to a phishing issue. I beleive I know the survey that caused this and wasn't aware it was against your policy. I removed what I could via the app, but couldn't completely do so. It was the Direct Deposit survey I used to pay an individual and wasn't planning to use it any further. I apologize for the misuse and hope that is the only survey that did so.

Our phishing detector found it suspicious that is why it automatically got suspended. I have now reactivated your account.
