How to list several attendees on one form

Asked by MetroCathedral on April 17, 2013 at 12:48 PM

I have an individual registration form that can be used for up to 9 attendees.

I need to be able to do a condition such that if the Number of attendees field is "1", then it will continue to page 2 and they can complete their information and submit.

However, If the number in that field is more than "1" and up to "9", then they need to be directed to a multiple Attendes page where their individual info can be completed.

Additionally, the number of Attendees name and info fields must match up to the number of attendees field at the top. If not, an error message needs to show that the number of attendees must match the number of attendees ifo that is filled out.

Also, need to be able to calculate the number of attendees by the individual price to get a total due - i.e. 5 attendees at 50 per perso = $250.00

I see you have three requirements, "Show / Hide form fields" , "Error Message" and "Calculation".

I believe this can be achieved if you are okay to use the source code embed method. We can provide you a workaround to achieve your requirement.
