Our Reporter Billing Sheet is not going to both email addresses when submitted

    The jotforms are going to dawn@signaturecrs.com but they are NOT going to production@signaturecrs.com.  Are they all stuck in there or something?  Can you please have them go to production@signaturecrs.com as well as dawn@signaturecrs.com as they have always done.  Please let us know.  This is very crucial to get fixed as soon as possible.  THanks very much for your help!  Dawn

    Hello Dawn

    The problem with your form is that you have created 3 notifications, on 2 of them they are no configured correctly and these are the ones for production@signaturecrs.com

    You should Delete notification 3 . Also, on Notificaton 1, make sure the Sender Name is assigned to a field into the form (usually "name") , in your case "Reporter Name".


    Otherwise the notification will go to this recipient with no name and the email server should take it as Spam and start bouncing back to our servers. (Please check your spam folder). At this moment such email address is not in our bouncing list

    Another way to avoid this complication is simply setting up a single notification with multiple recipients
