Is it possible to combine two questions in one Visual Report Chart?

I'm working to create a visual report. Is it possible to create a chart to include multiple entry fields on one chart? I don't want each Radio Button Single Choice field to be its own chart I'd like to combine them into one chart per entry.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine two questions(fields) in one chart. The Visual Report can only generate a chart per question.
