Need help with data from form responses

    Hello,

We are a non-profit theater in Denver, Colorado. One of our additional revenue streams is rental income from our facility.

We are currently using a Google Form to collect rental inquiry responses but need more functionality.

Can you offer suggestions on how to do the following?

    1) Potential renter fills out form (this is already created in JotForm - haven't started using yet)

    2) Then need renter data to populate into a rental checklist form, and then a contract/rental agreement - which could be sent to renter electronically, signed, and then returned to us.

    3) The caveat is that not everyone who fills out the initial form will be approved for renting due to facility availability.

Can you assist with this at all? Or provide suggestions?

    Thanks much,

    Angelina

One of the options is to create a hidden approval section in your initial form. Then, for example, if the entry is approved, send an email to the submitter with a link that passes the data to the contract form.
