Add Additional Speaker Info

I have 2 questions on this form:

1) I need the options selected to appear in the emailed form for the question, "What Topics will this webinar cover". Right now, only the numbers 1-4 appear.

2) Is there a way that the user can add additional speakers, so that the speaker information section option will appear again & they can add additional contact information?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

Can you please try creating a new notification email and let us know if the issue still remains?

Instead of using the Multiple Text field widget, you may try using the configurable list widget.
