How will someone get notified that their offline form has been submitted once in cell service?

Once connected to the internet and you've submitted the offline form, it would trigger the email notifications just like how an online form is submitted. So if your form has email notification and autoresponder, you will receive an email notification and the entered email address in the form will receive the autoresponder message.
