Hello,
I created my first jotform account (and form) yesterday. Unfortunately, I cannot log in due to "suspended login"--and more importantly, I cannot access the image files the senders have submitted via jotform. Being that the purpose of my account is for my small business, it is crucial that I be able to access my account ASAP. I have a client waiting on me and the information needed to be sent yesterday....please advise.
