It seems to be showing the notification info and the autoresponder info, therefore repeating the information

Based on your screenshot, one is the email content and one is the PDF attachment. By default, both will have all the submitted data. However, please note that you can modify the contents of the email and PDF. You will be the one to decide what info you'd like to be shown in there.

Just to add, both are within your autoresponder email settings since you have enabled PDF Attachment. One is not a notification email.
You may also turn off PDF attachment by following this guide:
