Do we need to remove excess data by hand?

Dear all, before the actual downgrade our data exceeds 100 mb, what will happen then to it? Do we need to delete it?

If you exceed any of the account limitations, all your forms will be disabled. When the users open your form, Form Over Quota message will be appeared.

If you wish to downgrade the account, you can just delete some of your form submissions with file uploads to keep the account within the limits.
