One of my forms is missing, and all my submissions have disappeared

    Hello.

    As per the title. One of the forms I created is gone :(. It was called "Training for Fundraisers Level 2" or something like that. Can it be recovered?

    Also, two of my still existing forms should have several thousand submissions, but all of that information has disappeared.

    Please help.

    The form with that name does not exist on your account. As far as I saw the forms on your account PFRA were never used. You were last time logged in back in January when you reported the similar issue on this thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1707968

    I checked your domain in our system and I found the account emilymeyer. On this account, there is a "PFRA Fundraiser training Level 2" form. The total number of submissions across all forms on this account is 5,472, so I think this is the account you are looking for. The email address of the account emilymeyer is p**a@p******g.au. You can log in with the email address or username. You can reset the password if you forgot it.
