I have two different Applications for Employment, one for Drivers and one for General Employment. I created the Application for General Employment from a copy of the Driver's Application.
I then created a new Email Alert from scratch for the new General Employment Application. The problem is that when I submit a test General Employment Application online it sends out 2 Email Alerts, one as if I've filled out a Driver Application and one as if I've filled out a General Application. It takes the information I've supplied online and in effect applies for 2 different positions. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that I created the second application from a copy of the first but I don't know how to break the link. Ideas?

The reason that I think this is happening is because you have 4 Email Notifications set up inside this Form with 2 of them being Driver Application Notifications. You need to remove those if you don't want those to be sent to you with the associated information each time the form is filled out otherwise it will continue to send it to you creating this issue.
