I am having difficulty with connecting JotForm to ContactSmarter through Zapier. I keep getting a error message that indicates my login information

    I am having difficulty with connecting JotForm to ContactSmarter through Zapier. I keep getting a error message that indicates my login information is incorrect.  But it is not.  

    Am I properly subscribed in JotForm... am i paid and my account working correctly?


    Here is the error message I am getting in Zapier:

    authentication failed: Got 401 calling GET https://srv-contactsmarter.herokuapp.com/api/me, expected 2xx.

    Your first response was from a paid account with your gmail address linked to it, whereas the last response was from a Guest account.

    However, I could not find an app ContactSmarter on Zapier to connect with JotForm:

    May be that is why you are receiving the error.

    It doesn't show up as ContactSmarter, it shows up as Prospect Connector and has to be from an invite through ContactSmarter for Zapier.

    I am not sure how the invite from ContactSmarter to Prospect works, but from the error it seems an issue with the invite.
