Create the conditional logic for the below form

    Hi there 


    I want to show different answers depending on the options people select - totalling to the following: 

    If there total score is 

    Greater than 90 - show "you're a great communicator page"

    Less than 89 greater than 71 - "you're on your way to being a great communicator" page

    Less than 69 greater than 36 - "Do you need some training to help you communicate better?" page

    Less than 35 - "Lots of room for improvement" page

    I can see that you already managed to assign calculation values for each of the Single Choice fields.

    However, it seems that the issue is with the formula you used in the Form Calculation widget. You need to add a plus sign (+) between each field so it will return the sum of the values:

    And depending on the result, you can hide/show succeeding fields. Please see this example:

    This condition will only show the "You're a GREAT COMMUNICATOR" field if the Score is equal or greater than 90.

    Please do the same with the other fields.
