    Hi,

with your solution could we create a form template that is then shared to several people and they complete that forms at the same time on different devices using different operating systems?

    Many Thanks

If you're referring to making a submission to a form, yes, users can access the same form URL at the same time and make submissions to it.

Thanks, to clarify we would want multiple users to see the changes being made live to the shared form.

So a form has 10 questions:
    questions 1 - 5 is completed by user #1
    questions 6 - 8 is completed by user #2
    questions 9 - 10 is completed by user #3

and users 1,2 and 3 can see each others answers being populated before submitting the completed form?

So, you're referring to the process workflow using Jotform. Yes, it can be done. Please see this guide on A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow.

The idea of the above guide is that the first user will complete questions 1-5 then submit the form.

An email notification will then sent to the second user to complete the next 6-8 questions and so on until all questions are filled.

Please try that and let us know how it goes.
