Hi, I want your help in setting up a survey form on our website and want our visitors to fill-up the form and submit. Then they return to the page again and can download specific files of their choice. Need your assistance on this matter. Thanks

You can easily do this. You should just attach your files on the Thank you page.

So, you should insert the download links on your Thank you page. Then your users will be able to download them, after they submit the form.
