    Hello,

Gmail send emails from my own domain to people's spam folder and I lose a lot of business because of this. How can I stop this from happening? And please don't say to ask the recipients to add me to their contacts because I can't ask them if a can't get an email to them.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Jennifer Hanning

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

To which form is your issue related to? I checked your email address in our system, but I am unable to find any account.

I assume that you set up SMTP by following steps from this guide:

How to Setup SMTP for a Form

Considering that the emails are sent from your email address, I think that there is nothing we can do on our end to prevent that those emails are sent to your user's spam folder. I would suggest you to check with your email service provider if they can check why is this happening and how to prevent it.

You can change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com to see if that will resolve the issue.
