Add link to payment site and make it required

Hello on my Residential application i need a field that i can have a link that goes to our bank website where someone can make a payment.  I need this to be a mandatory field.  Is that possible with text, short text or long text field??  or do you recommend another option for payment that would allow us to direct people to our bank website??

You can use Text element to add a link to your bank website.

However if your intention is to make the payment required, unfortunately, we don't have a way to track if users indeed made a payment since your bank website is an external site.
