Browser Tab labels are not matching the form label

I cloned a form, updated the form title but the browser tab label is not updating. I cannot find a setting that will allow me to manually change it. Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

Please note that the Page title is different from the Form title. You may change the Page title from the form settings by following the guide below:
