    Hi JotForm support team,

    i have created my first form. At the of it, I wanted to add PayPal button, but I the JotForm connection with PayPal fails. I tried two times, on different days. Do you have any advice for me? any instruction to follow.

    Hi Aija!

    We would be more than happy to assist you with the Paypal integration. If you have a business account please make sure to use PayPal, Paypal Pro, and Paypal Express

    If you have a regular basic account than you will need to use PayPal Standard in your form.

    Also, please check the following:

    1. You don't have any pending cases in the Resolution Center.

    2. If the email address is verified on Paypal.
