Unable to confirm account creation

i am trying to confirm creating an online membership account with the picayune rancheria as i am a tribal member, i just need to confirm registration in an email sent to me but i cannot. the confirmation email states all of the information i entered with only a single button requesting i create an account here. i did, and now am stuck. creating an account here did nothing for me, i cannot use this login info on the site and i see now way to merge the accounts or anything of that nature. please advise.

Are you trying to verify the account tarnkronos? I have noticed that the email is already verified. May we know which account you want to merge with?
