Can uploaded photos be added automatically to a contact created in Highrise CRM?Asked by Mathias on April 18, 2013 at 07:41 AM
I think about using Highrise CRM in combination with JotForms in order to create new contact profiles whenever a customer submits a form on our website.
Our current web form looks like this:

Our patients upload photos of their hair loss situation and we would like to create a contact profile in Highrise automatically when they submit the form. Also uploaded photos should be added to Highrise automatically.
Is this possible? Also with the Premium Plan?
Which CRM software do you recommend generally? For which CRM softwares do you offer best integration?

Hello Mathias, unfortunately my knowledge is slightly limited on the full potential of HighRise CRM since I would have to purchase their services to test it further. However, you can read about it here from our own Developers Knowledge involving the setup and use of our HighRise Integration. I do know though that the fields are mappable to data inside HighRise as mentioned in the guide so it may be possible to send this if it allows you to turn it into a mappable field but it's something I can't guarantee would work.
Now as for a Recommended CRM, I think this is mostly preference to be honest. If you like the way HighRise works you are more then welcome to use it and it will work very well with all of our Plan Levels. However, in my opinion as with some of my other colleagues opinions Zoho and Salesforce seem to be slightly more developed but this is only in our opinion and I am not entirely sure about this comparison to Highrise as it may be a bit biased since I am unable to see into Highrise at the moment without paying for their services to test it further. What I do know though is that Zoho does allow more control over mapping fields besides just the name and email into the CRM.
I looked into this inside Zoho some more to double-check it for you since I do have a test account for it but I wasn't really seeing a way to automatically upload a photo to be added to the contacts listing and I have a feeling this will be the same way for others so you would have to do this manually. At this point you might possibly be able to so but it would most likely require the form's source code with some custom programming knowledge to build a script to try to make this happen provided that the CRM supports this but that would have to be done outside of jotform.

People upload jpg files to our form. How are the files saved at JotForm.
Will I receive a notification email with the links to the files or with the
files itsself as attachment. Because in order to save time we want to have
the possibility to download all files belonging to a submitted form
altogether e.g as a compressed file. Or can I log in to Jotform and
download the uploaded files there as a complete single file.

You are always welcome. It is our pleasure to help.
All uploaded files are saved into our servers under your account. By default, Form Email Notification is automatically created, and once someone hit submit button, you will receive the submissions through your email address together with the links to download the uploaded files.
But unfortunately, we don't have a function to download all uploaded files from your form in compressed ZIP/RAR file. You can however download all submissions in excel file: Export Form Submissions in Excel Format
I found a way to download all the uploaded files at once.
1. Download and install SpeedBit: http://www.speedbit.com/. It's Free.
2. Download your form submissions in excel file (Export Form Submissions in Excel Format). Find the Columns for all the uploaded file download links, copy and paste them to Speedbit batch downloader.
