Can I change my username without losing my forms?

My current ID khanizdadehs is not spell out correctly.

Can I change it to khanizadeh without losing my forms?

As per your request, I changed the username of your account from khanizdadehs to khanizadeh.

Note: If you are using a custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

In addition, you will lose any form by changing the username. Let us know if you have lost any forms so we can review it.
