    Using the My Products wizard I can't get the quantity of an item to show up in my spreadsheet

    I created a form that asks for quantity and size of an item using the My Porducts Wizard. In the summary and PDF view of the submissions, I can see all the details fine but the spreadsheet and CSV views only give me the total dollar amount.

    I tried chatting with a rep, but he/she didn't appear for at least 5 minutes after i submitted in the chat window and then disappeared. I had to leave before they even came back (at least 15 minutes).

    Hi Kris, it was actually me who was trying to help you in the chat at the time and I do deeply apologize about the delayed response and not getting to your problem quickly enough as I was very busy trying to help everyone until I had gotten to your issue to try to assist you with it. 

    Anyhow, I was able to replicate the same issue you are having with Excel and CSV. It only showed up in the Submission Viewer and also when downloaded as PDF. I think that there may be a glitch causing this issue since it's confirmed that the Quanity should be showing up so I am forwarding this information to our Development Team to have them take a look at the issue.

    Thanks Kade, and I appreciate the apology. I was trying to head out and get it fixed before I left the office so I was just frustrated.

    If we can figure it out, that would be great - I'm surprised no one has run into it before!.

    You are very welcome and I completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this has made you. We will have our developers look into it and we'll let you know what's going on as soon as possible but on their behalf I would like to request a little bit of time and patience until then since they are busy with other issues until they can get to yours.

    I also do recall hearing about this problem once before awhile back but to my understanding it was supposed to have been fixed already so it is possible that something may have caused it to happen again. I additionally tested it with a different payment tool but it too had the same issue which leads me to further believe that something was either changed that I am unaware of at the moment or something possibly went wrong causing this problem to happen again.
