How to add a image on the form for the user to draw on it?

Hi we hvad an order from we like to make digital, we have some values to enter, such as: name address phone number and body size (as we make dresses) I don't think this will be a problem. 

The challenge comes here, we have a mannequin on the order from that we draw on to show how the dress looks and the details would look like for the client to see the end result. Can you provide this? 

Or would it be possible to attach a picture or a file to an order from? 

This is the customers order and receipt (it has a unique order number so we can trace it, and it has the price written on it) see attached Left side without content and right side that has be filled.

By the way you customer support has some errors you need to fix please try it with lager files and smaller attachments (Safari)

It will allow you to upload your image, where the user can do his drawing. Please follow this guide to add it on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
